Return Policy
Yarn and fabric in its original condition (unused and in its original packaging) may be returned for up to 60 days. Yarn that has been wound may not be returned. All other sales (notions, kits, books, sale items) are final.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted in-store only.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail it to: Wool & Whimsy, 131 West 13th Street, Crete, NE 68333.
You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
