Wool & Whimsy was chosen as one of 24 stops for this year’s Nebraska Holiday Passport! The program runs from TODAY (November 14th) through January 11th, and passports are available at each of the stops. The holiday program, along with its summer counterpart, is a great way to find new and interesting destinations all across Nebraska. This year, the stops are divided into 8 regions; get your passport stamped at all 3 stops in a region to get a small prize, or visit all the stops in ALL the regions to receive the Holiday Passport Champion prize!
We are offering 10% off total purchase to all passport travelers. Don’t knit or crochet? We also carry candles, toffee, and great gifts for anyone in your life who loves fiber arts. We also carry local yarn from Brown Sheep Company in Mitchell, Nebraska and Lofty Loops from Lincoln (stock arriving the week of November 17).
We will post any changes in hours on our “Hours & Location” page as well as in every conceivable online place we can think of! Google Maps, Apple Maps, and Facebook will all be updated when our hours change. Here are a few changes to know about right now:
Friday, November 21: We will be open LATE until 8pm!
Saturday, November 22: We will be open one hour later, until 3pm.
Wednesday, November 26, through Friday, November 28: We will be CLOSED the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving Day, and Black Friday.
Saturday, November 29: Small Business Saturday – Hours TBD, but will likely be extended past 2pm.
